Services

Leonyx AI provides AI automation, process automation, website design, UI/UX design, social media management, Claude Code setup, and SEO auditing services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Project-based engagements typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon milestone completion or project delivery.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Leonyx AI retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering the work.

90-Day Value Guarantee

For AI OS and process automation engagements, Leonyx AI guarantees that a working automation system will be live and delivering measurable value within 90 days. If this milestone is not met, Leonyx AI will continue working at no additional cost until it is.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business processes, and data shared during an engagement as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Leonyx AI's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Leonyx AI is incorporated.
